Studio: Cardio Classes

The Studios of Main Line Health & Fitness cover all ends of the spectrum when it comes to aerobics and group classes. This area has 2 aerobic studios with spring-loaded floors and a spinning studio equipped with 30 stainless steel Johnny G. Spinning Pros for an intense cardiovascular workout – our certified trainers will take you on the ride of your life in our spinning classes. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a variety of classes that include low impact aerobics, Tae Bo,  Step Aerobics, Boot Camp, BODYPUMP, Zumba as well as Yoga and Pilates.

Classes at The Studios at Main Line Health & Fitness

  • Abs n’ Arms:  Target your abs & arms then continue on with some boot camp style cardio to finish the workout.
  • BODYPUMP:  The original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body all in 60 minutes, all to GREAT MUSIC!
  • BODYPUMP Tech:  A 30 minute overview of the Bodypump program combined with a practice session.
  • Core Agility: Engages the deepest muscles of your abs and provides you with the ultimate total body blitz that you want and need for a killer body!  Gain strength, power, speed and flexibility.
  • Pilates:  Body Alignment, posture, stretching & strengthening on mat, based on the work of J.H. Pilates.
  • Power Mat:  Strength moves using fast paced high reps plus a lot of core moves from Pilates.
  • Spinning: Intense cardiovascular workout performed on stationary bikes.
  • Spin & Yoga Combi Class:  Combine the intense cardio of Spinning with the strength & flexibility of Yoga & you get – The Combi Class.  1/2 hr Spin 1/2 hr Yoga – perfect together.
  • Step: Energizing cardiovascular class using choreographed moves on a “step”.
  • 20/20/20: High-energy class combines intervals of cardio-step, kickboxing & wide variety of moves working cardio & strength to some kickin’ tunes.
  • Tae Bo®: Experience the motivation, power & energy in this kickboxing class while developing endurance & strength.
  • Ultimate Dance:  Internationally renowned jazz, hip-hop & latin instructor brings her expertise to all class participants.
  • Yoga: Selection of different styles of yoga. More information on the yoga schedule page.
  • Zumba: A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, fun and exciting dance class. Easy to follow choreography for all levels. Join the party!!! (No extra charge).
  • Jazz Dance*:  For an additional fee, join instructor Shimon for an inspirational jazz dance class.

Child care is available for an additional fee.

Spinning reservations can be made starting 8am the prior day.

Reservations are taken on Fri. for Sat., Sun. & Mon. Hours M-F 8am-1pm & 5:00pm-7pm, Sat. & Sun. 7:45am-11am.  Non-members are welcome, $15 per class.
