On2Fitness

On2Fitness is a supervised exercise setting composed of two full body strength training circuits.  Each circuit contains twelve exercises using MedX strength training equipment.  The use of MedX equipment ensures a safe and medically sound exercise program. On2Fitness is designed to be an intense and concise workout. The design allows members to move quickly from one machine to the next without rest. This continuous form of exercise improves muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular performance.

The benefit of choosing On2Fitness is that the program suits any fitness level.  Using your three free training sessions you will learn each circuit and its proper techniques.  Each machine will be set to fit your individual body type and physical ability. Working hand in hand with Main Line Medical Exercise, the staff is experienced with many special populations.

The highly qualified staff provides encouragement, education and support; while monitoring the safety of each individual trainee. It is the perfect facility for members who prefer a small, intimate setting. Allow the trainers of On2Fitness to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
