On2Fitness
On2Fitness is a supervised exercise setting composed of two full body strength training circuits. Each circuit contains twelve exercises using MedX strength training equipment. The use of MedX equipment ensures a safe and medically sound exercise program. On2 Fitness is designed to be an intense and concise workout. The design allows members to move quickly from one machine to the next without rest. This continuous form of exercise improves muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular performance. The Studios
The Studios at Main Line Health & Fitness cover all ends of the spectrum when it comes to aerobics and group classes. This area has 2 aerobic studios with spring-loaded floors and a spinning studio equipped with 30 stainless steel Johnny G. Spinning Pros for an intense cardiovascular workout – our certified trainers will take you on the ride of your life in our spinning classes. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a variety of classes that include low impact aerobics, Tae Bo, Step Aerobics, Boot Camp, BODYPUMP, Zumba, as well as Yoga and Pilates.
